Professional Bio

Shane Silsby is a civil and transportation engineer who, for more than 20 years, has held various local government leadership positions at the city and county levels across the United States. More recently, he has works as an executive in the private sector with multiple international infrastructure firms.

Shane regularly shares his knowledge and experience via speaking engagements and training sessions and now through his recent book - Managing for Meteors to prepare emerging leaders in government.
